Bird Island Blog is in place to share the abundant wild life and natural beauty of the Nibela Peninsula, of Lake St. lucia, with you, and hopefully to convince you and your friends to visit us #SunnySouthAfrica. Bird Island Lodge is a six room lodge with a swimming pool and outside entertainment area that has stunning views of Bird Island in the northern reaches of Lake St. Lucia, in Northern KZN South Africa. WE do prefer locals folks, but international travelers are always most welcome.
